"The Fiesta was one of the highlights of our stay here. It had everything we needed and wanted and for that we are very thankful to the owners and resident manager, Ashley. We used the kitchen a lot. The veranda had a great view of Cruz Bay. The whole condo was very festive and well-decorated. The flat screens and DVD players were a bonus."

"Sunshine, beaches... and a place to call home. Thanks for the retreat from all the fun places and things to do. A sunrise greeted by local birds. A sunset drifting into a dream-like starlit sky and the view of St. Thomas... Having the choice to walk to town and the market to fix a meal at home enhanced several evenings and gave my family a chance to reunite. Ashley greeted us and made us feel as part of her extended family, checking in regularly to see if we were happy. The treats were welcome on our arrival and gave us a chance to have a snack while we gained our St. John bearings... My only complaint is that we did not stay longer."

Great stay at Serendip - wonderful view from our patio, very peaceful days (morning call from a rooster every morning). Made 2 lovely cat friends who welcomed us home every day. We hiked Rams Head - wonderful in the morning. Also hiked ruins at Cinnamon Bay sailed Kekoa on a day trip to Jost, Pirates Penny to the Baths. The manager is a great manager - always helpful & keeps everything in great shape.

The price for Serendip is very reasonable. It is not a 4-5 star resort by any means, but if you are looking for a great place with a wonderful view, natural scenery and grounds, and away from it all... Then Serendip is the place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone. The things we enjoyed most about our Serendip stay was, the view and the natural beauty surrounding the condos was amazing. The other thing that we loved about Serendip was the decor and furniture in the units which you can relax in and really feels like a home away from home.

It was a great honeymoon! We visited Hawksnest and Maho Bay (early is best). Saw lots of fish, sea turtles, string rays, and even squid. Took a trip to Virgin Gorda with Cruz Bay Water Sports - "it was worth it", and snorkeling Norman Island Caves was better than staying on St. John on a stormy day. Hiking the short trail to Francis Bay was nice, and taking a drive around the island is recommended, and be sure to stop at Skinny Legs for a burger and a beer!

Overall Serendip was a great place to stay. Hope you can continue to keep the prices relatively low and the quality high! For a family/couple used to 'normal' life furnishings, it was fine. The top one or two things enjoyed about our stay were having a comfortable, private place to relax after being out all day on the beach. Loved being able to cook our own meals!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - what a spectacular view - crystal clear mornings and wowie sunsets! I am a bird lover and so was thrilled to have banaquits and hummingbirds all day long! We write this as we pack to go back home. So we write depressed. We really don't want to leave. Amazing is an understatement to describe this place. We truly hope to be back soon. I learned to snorkel here, not such a bad training ground. We packed in every minute her and we still can use another week. We leave with our souvenirs and wonderful memories and enough pictures to fill five albums. Beautiful (but so hot) weather the entire time...I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my time here. To spend a week in paradise with my favorite person. Life doesn't get much better..

We enjoyed St John & Serendip! Fiesta was well stocked - it made our trip that much better. The kitchen has all the utensils, pans, and little extras to cook a good meal. The mattresses were super soft, the movies and books ...were great. Love the attention to detail put into Fiesta. The pool and deck and views are lovely!

We were there 4th of July weekend. Spectacular view of the firework also. Balcony area was nice and the furniture excellent to curl up with a book. (1st visit) I fly back to DC tomorrow and I'm leaving with so many wonderful memories of beautiful St. John. I turned 29 yesterday and what a better place to celebrate a birthday than in paradise! I came here alone after a week long mission trip in Haiti. At first I kind of felt weird since it was my first trip traveling alone. But gradually I warmed up to the idea and made myself right at home. I came primarily for Carnival on July 5th but also to relax after Haiti. I was able to go to (various bays)...I will always remember this trip and my stay in Juliette which I call my princess room. I hope to come back here with my husband someday. ...if I get married. St John has a special place in my heart...

I can only hope to return here one day with the best company I have & with ...I began this journey with my love! ...The hiking was amazing and the treasure that you find at the end is well worth the sweat! We had a lovely week as a family of four. We took advantage of every day by snorkeling.... The accommodations were wonderful. Having a hose to rinse off kids and equipment meant having a cleaner condo. The kids searched for iguanas every morning by hanging out on the veranda. The manager helped us every time we had a question and he was one of the reasons we chose this place - he had great reviews.

Arrived yesterday for nephew's wedding on Saturday and am enjoying resting up after those exciting rides thru St. Thomas and St. John. Seeing the youngsters in the pool is already going on so the party's begun! Thanks for the tips and thanks for such comfortable accommodations. Just can't lose.

Hi - thanks so much for such a comfortable homey place away from home. We have enjoyed our stay here immensely - especially the veranda with all its furnishings. We even slept out there part of the time! Like camping with all the tree frogs singing to us! We enjoyed St. John alot and recommend Trunk Bay for snorkeling and just chilling. Also enjoyed Hawsknest and hiked to Solomon Bay and Waterlemon. Also visited Annaberg for our history lesson, Maho Bay, Salt Pond and Coral Bay...We enjoyed our one week on this beautiful islands and are very glad that we found Serendip. Thanks for making our trip great, with a wonderful place to stay! We hope that we may return some day! And Thanks to The manager for all his hard work too!

All I can say is this is the most beautiful island I've seen. I can only hope to return here one day with the best company I have and who I began this journey with, my love! The hiking was amazing and the treasure that you find at the end is well worth the sweat! Although it did rain here allot when we were here, it didn't take away from the tranquility that was well needed! I don't want to leave, but look forward to returning. The best part was the snorkeling, sea turtle, sting rays, and numerous fish!

Our family came here after 9 days of sailing the BVI...we arrived at Serendip tired, sun burned and still have a feeling of rolling and rocking. The welcome package in the refrigerator with the bright red bougainvillea, the welcome visit of Mr. The manager Johnson and a shower immediately recharged us. We recuperated quickly and were able to explore St. John, hiking the ruins of the sugar mill, walking around the beautiful grounds of Caneel Bay, snorkeled the different beautiful clear, blue-green bays, visiting the galleries and boutiques. We rested and enjoyed the veranda, taking time to observe the lizards, iguanas, bananaquits and listening to the choral presentation of the tree frogs while looking out to the beautiful Cruz Bay. We truly enjoyed our stay at Serendip! Thank you!

Thank you, for making me feel "at home" in your condo. I can see that you have really loved St. John. I have been to all Virgin Islands (US and British) before and I decided to return to St. John because of The National Park, hiking, snorkeling, swimming and the special beauty of this particular place in the Caribbean. Your condo has all the touches of the real home and your veranda and the view are fabulous. The manager is very hepful and does a great job!

We had such a wonderful time at Serendip and on St. John. We snorkeled at four different beaches...ate lots of seafood at several different restaurants and BBQd one night here by the pool. Where do I begin? I am writing this on the eve of our departure and I can say is pure bliss. Our first time to the island and not our last. We enjoyed the magnificent view as well as the very cool accommodations. The manager is very welcoming as are the people on this wonderful island, We are returning for Christmas and may move to St. John within a year and a half. ...Next time we will visit more bays with rental car. Will miss St. John.

Thank you very much for making (condo) available for us. We just barely got out of Leeland the day before the volcano erupted. Before arriving here, we chartered a boat and sailed around the BVI which was great. Here on wonderful St john we enjoyed snorkeling (especially around Waterlemon Cay) and became certified divers at Low Key Watersports. In short, we loved every minute of our stay! Your condo is very nice an offered everything we needed and then some. We spent a few nights at "home" and enjoying the great veranda after a long day hiking and swimming. We could ask for nothing more.

We come to St. John often - as a matter of fact this is our second time this year. We came back on a one way ticket and we're not sure when we're going back!!! Isn't that great??? St. John teaches me how to be a better person. I've learned to slow down and think about what's important in life. It is such a beautiful place and the history of the islands is so rich. We have stayed in several condos at Serendip and this is our first time in Fiesta. Your condo is so beautiful and comfortable and I love the way it is decorated. I would love it if you could come to our home and give me some decorating ideas! You condo is proof positive that you don't have to stay in a fancy expensive villa on St. John or at an all inclusive resorts. It doesn't get any better than this! The manager is such a wonderful person - so accommodating too! He will go out of his way to get anything you need or want. He's done such a great job at Serendip that it's hard to book a reservation because the place is booming. Way to go, The manager! Thank you for sharing Fiesta with us!

We loved our condo. It had all we needed for a great week away from the cold North. We swam at Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Caneel and Francis Bay. We all liked different beaches. The verdict is out with us. We agreed to disagree on which beach was the best...and the weather...it couldn't have been any better. The manager was great! Very helpful!!! Thank you for making your island home available to us. We loved the views and the porch - very relaxing! And feeding the yellow birds was fun -we went through a whole bag of sugar! Our first time in the Virgin Islands. St. John and Serendip were both perfect. We made good use of the deck with its beautiful scenery in between all our adventures - hiking, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking. It was all great!

What a terrific week - weather, shopping, beaches. Perfect place to run away from snow storm! Everyone is very friendly and The manager very helpful. Loved the welcome snacks after a long plane trip. This was our first visit to St. John and it was wonderful. (Our Unit) was perfect - just what we were looking for. Starting each day on the deck appreciate the view was a real treat. The beaches are all beautiful...we are sad to leave and hope to come back soon!

St. John This was our first time at Serendip and we truly enjoyed every minute. Fantastic views and everything you need. Close to town, restaurants and whatever you want to do is at your finger tips. We came all the way from California because we love to snorkel and it was probably the best, and we have snorkeled all over the world. This is our third time in St John and if and when we come back, we will stay at Serendip. So relaxing and enjoyable.

Came for the first time, we will be back again. We came to attend my brother's wedding...just fabulous! We snorkeled, swam, shopped, ate and just soaked it all in. What a memorable week. The weather was fine - a bit of rain a day - just magical - rainbows and warm breezes. The accommodations were quite comfortable - the porch outstanding! What a wonderful place to spend with family.

This place is unbelievable. Serendip has everything you need. We think its tradition to leave something behind, so we left pancake batter and syrup lol. This was my first time here. I'm a New Yorker and that means automatic guards up. But this place makes you so sociable the people here are so so friendly. And they just want you to enjoy yourself on "their" island. Such a nice family and you always see the same faces (which is a good thing). The manager is the best. Anything you need he gets it for you (but you don't need anything!)...I can't wait to come back. I experienced so many many memories that I will have with me for ever.

We came to St. John to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. This has been our best vacation since our younger days while were stationed in Europe. St. John has been everything and more than the National Geographic's article mentioned as one of the must see places...Serendip has been an added treasure with great accommodations and spectacular sunsets 9from the privacy of the large verandah). The manager Johnson has been wonderful with everything, from island history to excellent tips, setting up car rental (highly recommend) and a great welcoming treat.

Our last day at Serendip. The morning serenade is in full swing and the clouds over St. Thomas reflect the glow of the rising sun. These moments lift my heart and fill me with gratitude for such an amazing world God has created. St. John is indeed a paradise. Thank you for providing a lovely condo during our second stay at Serendip. We enjoyed the welcoming package in the refrigerator. We enjoyed the magnificent view from the well furnished verandah. Oh, how nice to eat breakfast and enjoy the morning watching the banaquits (yellow birds). There was plenty of storage for the four of us during our nine night stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The manager was very helpful...providing helpful suggestions and recommendations throughout our stay.
