RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be confirmed with a 50% deposit by MC/Visa, check or money order. Written confirmation will be sent when the deposit is received. The balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits are 100% refundable if we receive your notice at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% of the deposit is refundable if we receive your notice 30 days before the stay. No refund with less than a 30 day notice. There is a $50 cancellation fee and credit card refunds will be assessed a 3.5% bank charge in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.
MINIMUM STAY:
There is a 3 night minimum stay. Any stays of less than 3 nights are subject to a $65.00 cleaning fee.
GROUP RATES:
Ask us about our attractive, affordable group rates. We have eight one bedroom and two studio units at the Serendip. You can rent the entire complex to accommodate your next family reunion, a wedding party, a group of scuba divers, a college study group or whatever group you gather together. Call us for details.
